DSPC (Direct Shell Production Casting) produces the actual ceramic molds for investment casting molds for metal parts directly from 3-D CAD designs. No tooling or patterns are required. DSPC is a unique application of the Three Dimensional Printing technology to produce the ceramic casting molds using a layer-by-layer process. It is used exclusively by the Soligen Corp.
